to the mass camera to give you an idea of exactly where i'm at a long quest about 83 according to chp patrol officers were on a construction zone about a mile and a half. at about 140 this morning that's when they noticed this minivan drove by dan with a flat front right tire. basically it was riding on its rams. cause a tremendous amount of noise. at that point the chp vehicle got behind the band started to initiate a stock. at that point the van swerved severely to go left hit the center divide all west about 83 went back across all lanes of traffic to the right. went down on the embankment, rolled over and unfortunately the driver of that vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. now central avenue off ramp remained closed right now. i can tell you that investigators from the chp special investigative

an undercover new york police detective accused of taking part in a biker assault on a motorist is scheduled to be arraigned in court today. among the group of bikers connected to this video were at least two members of law enforcement -- undercover and off-duty. one of them, 32-year-old n- y-p-d detective wojciech braszczok now faces felony
